Sometimes to see the good you need to see the bad,
sometimes to be happy you need to once been sad.
There would be no rainbow if it wasn't for the rain,
and no appreciation for life if there wasn't any pain.
If today was hard then tomorrow look up high,
and you'll see a rainbow form up in the sky.
If your at wits end, and the end of your rope,
remember that the rainbow represents more than hope.
It represents a journey that is finally said and done,
and the storm for which you have bravely overcome.
Don't be ashamed, sometimes we all want to cry
tears are a necessary thing to the weary eye.
The soul would have no rainbow if the eye had no tears,
so don't be afraid to stand tall and face your fears.
Don't give in to the sorrow, tomorrow is a better day,
that's when the rainbow, finally comes your way.
1 thing I learned in life, things will get better,
no matter what the storm, no matter the weather.
Sad times never last, they always fade away,
and before you know it things will seem okay.
Don't give up hope, don't lose faith,
God is on high erect and God is great.
When the flood gates open and the rain starts to pour,
God's on your side, so your sure to endure.
He can make the storm seem like just a drizzle,
and make any problem seem like it is little.
I have faced death, but yet i stand strong,
for God was on my side all along.
