NEWS OF INTEREST

Step One:  We have choices, not control.  We move toward hope.

Step Two:  Open your heart and mind to the possibility of trust.

Step Three:  Get on board. Set a discipline for yourself and realize the presence of a Higher Power.  When you pray, believe you have received.

Step Four:  This step is an opportunity to move your life in a positive direction.  We are asked to look at our role.

Step Five:  By saying it outloud, we begin to get honest with ourselves.

Step Six:  This step is about grace.  The key to being ready.  I must accept my part in the relationship with my Higher Power.

Step Seven:  We ask for help...from the heart.  We cannot cure ourselves.

Step Eight:  We become ready to forgive.  We must stay in a perpetual state of willingness.

Step Nine:  We have an opportunity to be the kind of person we would like to be.  We always check our motives.

Step Ten:  I am invited to grow up, to be responsible.  When i continue to take personal inventory I can live my life pecefully with God's other children.  I get to decide how important my serenity is to me.

Step Eleven:  Prayer is talking to my Higher Power, asking for direction; meditation is listening for direction.  This step is about my humility and courage.

Step Twelve:  Share our experience, strength and hope.
